Our family enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay. We appreciated the welcoming staff, especially during check-in! The inclusive breakfast had something for everyone, and the kids loved the evening meal options. Don’t miss the scenic nearby golf course for a family-friendly outing.

The new decor was nice, but the bed was uncomfortable.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my two-night solo retreat, although some aspects could use refreshing. The staff was welcoming, and I appreciated the cozy atmosphere. Be sure to check the menu at the restaurant. the friendly barman recommended several tasty dishes and provided prompt service.

The stay featured fantastic secure cycle storage, and the food was excellent, particularly the boiled eggs. the experience was marred by room changes due to noise issues, including mechanical disturbances from the roof above. While the staff were attentive and tried to address concerns promptly, the discomfort during the night was notable, detracting from the overall experience.

Great location near the beach and golf course. Room cleanliness could use improvement. Food portions generous, and staff friendly.

Great mussels and cheerful staff

During my stay, I enjoyed the fresh mussels that were perfectly cooked, and the staff was genuinely cheerful and attentive. The cozy atmosphere of the seaside town added to the delight of my visit. the hotel could benefit from some modern updates to its décor.

The room was spacious and had a nice view of the gardens, which was a perfect way to unwind. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and sipping coffee on the terrace. Just a heads up, the check-in process took a bit long, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me! 😊

will certainly stay here again

The room had a comfortable double bed and an en suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. It included free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle for making tea. Breakfast offered freshly cooked options including a full English, and the staff were very accommodating. Excellent location with views towards the sea.

Had a fantastic time munching on fresh, handmade pasta at nearby Mrs Wilson's – pure comfort on a plate! The breakfast spread at The Golf was also spot on. you could pile your plate high with all the brekkie goodies. Staff were absolute legends, making sure we felt right at home.

Let’s be real, the manager's welcome could've used a sprinkle of friendliness. The room had curtain dramas and a bed that felt like a trampoline gone bad. Still, despite the hiccups, we made it work and had a good laugh about it!

having visited silloth before, this stay exceeded my expectations with a lovely view of the sea from the spacious dining area. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. breakfast offered a delightful range of options, including fresh fruit and pastries.

Good spot for couples looking to unwind

So we went for dinner at the bar, the food was surprisingly good. they had this teriyaki beef that was just perfect, nice portions too. The bar area was spacious and the staff were friendly, made us feel welcome right off the bat. And that carvery on Sunday? A real treat, can’t go wrong there!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was reasonable for what we got.
